Inkboard lets you draw on photos in a rough-and-ready fashion, a la Microsoft Paint. It’s a bit more robust than the standard editor, but not quite as intense as more professional options. That’s good, since Inkboard is free with no in-app purchases. It includes a handful of pen, pencil, and marker tips, and all the colors you could wish for. Standard social sharing tools are also included.
